So ... not making as many sales means prices are getting right. Very right for savvy buyers. Prices have fallen dramatically in many cases so now is the time to contact Dana for buys beyond your belief.

According to the Reno Gazette Journal: "Clark County continues to have the highest foreclosure rate in the state at one in 99 households. Clark County's 7,664 foreclosure filings also accounted for 88 percent of all foreclosure filings in Nevada." Reposessions are a serious problem for the real estate industry in Las Vegas. This means there are a lot of homes on the market here and prices are falling. Is the decline near the bottom?

Not likely say many. There is just too much property out there that was bought with borrower friendly mortgages that will reset at expenses beyond the means of the borrorer. Many will reset in 2009 and 2010. So we'll see more homes coming on the market through 2009 and on into 2010 and see the impact it has on housing. All this news is good news for buyers. It is particularly good news to buyers with good credit ratings.

Numbers released August 10 show Nevada has once again claimed the top spot on the list of states with the highest foreclosure rates. It's a buyers market!

Irvine, CA based RealtyTrac Inc. reported that one in every 106 households in Nevada received a foreclosure filing in July. Foreclosure filings were up 15 percent compared to June and up 97 percent from July 2007. Time to buy? Well prices are sure right. Call Dana today or look at the multilist (MLS) in Las Vegas now.
