According to TAMU Real Estate, San Antonio real estate is slowing with the rest of America. From the May 2008 stats, inventory has picked up to 7.4 months supply, average price is $183,100 and median is $152,300. There's about 13,640 homes for sale (listed). The 7.4 month supply is up higher than has been seen since 1998 meaning prices are slipping to very affordable. Most homes sold are between $120,000 and $140,000.
